Shipping & Delivery

Timing

It’s our top priority to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current processing time will always be posted at the top of our website and is updated regularly. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order in line with the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once a package has left our hands, it’s unfortunately out of our control and we are not responsible. Please contact the shipping provider selected at checkout for any help locating lost or delayed packages.

Delays

While you can select the Rush Order option at checkout for your order to be processed next, we cannot guarantee that package will arrive on time. Delivery is dependent on your selected shipping method and carriers often face delays around the holidays due to increased shipments. Please take this possibility into account before placing your order. We will immediately communicate with you if there should be an issue or delay on our end.

Delivery Location

We are not responsible for any billing or shipping address errors – please review your information carefully before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered and/or is sent back to us due to an address error, the buyer is responsible for the order charges and any additional charges to have the order reshipped.

Order Modifications

We can’t guarantee that we can cancel, modify, or combine orders once your order is being processed. Please email us immediately at hello@owlsheadcommons.com if you have any questions or concerns and we’ll do our best to make the requested adjustments.

 

Missing Items

Please completely unpack your delivery box before contacting us regarding a potentially missing item – sometimes items hide in packaging materials and are not immediately seen. You can email us at hello@owlsheadcommons.com with any questions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We take your satisfaction seriously and will happily do what we can to make sure you have the perfect item. However, please note:
  • Returns will not be accepted without first obtaining a return authorization. Please email us at hello@owlsheadcommons.com within 14 days of delivery to inquire about returns or exchanges.
  • Perfume oils, sprays, and all wax-based items are NOT eligible for return due to safety and product integrity concerns.
  • All shipping costs, fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Any return/exchange request concerning a broken or damaged item will require photographic proof of such damage. Upon inspection, our team will determine whether a refund is warranted and will initiate the refund to the original form of payment.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping any approved return or exchange back to us. We recommend that customers ship with carriers that provide package insurance and tracking information for all return shipments.
  • We make everything from scratch and in small batches to make sure you get the highest quality product. If an item from the original order is no longer available, we’ll do our best to find a comparable item to your liking.

 

Packaging

We use biodegradable packing peanuts, any packing materials in excellent condition from our own deliveries and may even use any mailings we receive to provide additional cushioning (we sometimes get unsolicited magazines that are too pretty to recycle, so we might use the pages to fill in empty spots in your delivery box).
